Where do you even start? This is some good old fashioned colonial propaganda material. Interesting dichotomy between “raw” and “trained”.

I love the white glow that’s coming off the white man beyond just his skin colour. It’s almost as if he’s been photoshopped onto the photo, this is just ridiculousness and reminds me of this brilliantly sarcastic article: http://www.granta.com/extracts/2615

I feel Very sorry!… to see this kind of Photos….Waxay muujinayaa gumaysigii iyo halkii laynaga soo galay…. but not to forget that those pics are somehow historic.
